I want to active the new Project Area Design where I can do it?
I assume you need a new Project (not sure what you're talking about when you say "Area Design" - I assume that is the name of the new project?)
You need to log in as an admin and click "create project"
JIRA has a new prototype for a new sidebar for proyect navigation. I want to activate that.
