Analysing searches

Susanne Ertle_i6md57

Hi,
We are trying to improve our label rules and application and the page naming conventions. For this, amongst others, we would like to analyse the searches our collaborators type in. Does anyone know of any way to do this?
I have looked at the marketplace plugins but none seem to include this.

Hi @Susanne Ertle

I believe if you upgrade to Confluence Cloud Premium, even temporarily, you can use the analytics feature to check out this type of information.

Also, my team recently made some videos with tips on page naming and using labels. Maybe they'd be helpful to you:

Hi Matt,

Thanks, I will pass your suggestion on to management.

I've watched your very good videos this morning and added a link to them to my internal documentation for our users.

Hello Susanne,

Matt gave you a very good tip.

If you want to stay on your existing subscription model and are looking for a permanent solution, there is the Viewtracker for Confluence app, which also includes search statistics.

Kind regards

Matt Reiner _K15t_

Of course, forget that Viewtracker is also on Cloud.

Great team behind this app!
