Have been using the JIRA Cloud Add-in for Excel for a year now. But suddenly it the add-in has stopped working. Please advise.

Are you trying - open-in-excel or open-in-gsheets ? I guess you mean open-in-excel - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221301/jira-cloud-for-excel-official.
