dynamic page using url parameters

I would like to dynamically move a lower section of a page to the top and get it highlighted AND use url a parameter to choose witch section (<pageurl>?section=xxx)

HELP: How do I solve this? Which macro do I use?

@Roberth EdbergUnfortunately you can't do that in Confluence Cloud. Macros don't have access to URL parameters.
