Adding Gif Feature No Longer Available?!

Dan Mou

I remember when we first started to use the cloud we can add gif to the confluence page.  That option is no longer available, When I want to add a picture, it automatically opens a pop-up to select from my files to upload instead of being able to select from an existing cloud library.
