This is to set-up a portfolio. Need to understand on Bulk upload format.

I am unaware of any way to bulk setup in Jira Advanced Roadmaps (Portfolio). You will just need to create a plan and can do that by following these directions https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/plans-998651026.html
