In which version was team managed and company managed configuration was introduced in Jira Cloud

Question

now I have two options while creating a project.

I would like to know when was this introduced . specific release if possible.

Also , whether these changes are applicable in on Premise versions also?

Cloud does not have release versions. As a sass product Atlassian is constantly rolling out new content. When versions are rolled out they come in waves to the various instances.
