Dear Community
I've got the following case:
there're three customer portals created within Jira Service Management. All of them are surfacing the same clients base. However after some considerations it was decided that we don't display all three portals but only one BUT we want to keep existing configurations of these projects internally within Jira admin so that we can re-use it/get back to it in the future.
In this particular case I've found out this "workaround" https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/How-to-hide-a-project-from-the-Customer-Portal/qaq-p/700739 but it's not really apply to us because we don't have various customers who will need only access to one or the another portal. Hence what we need is the ability to hide the portals from customer facing part and keep them from agents and jira admin view.
How could we achieve it assuming we don't create userA, userB, userC and play with the permissions as described in the workaround above?
many thanks in advance for all your feedback
