We are trying to create more than one form on Jira Work Management but the settings seem to only allow us to configure one form. How can we go about creating separate intake forms based on the audience?
At this time, the product supports creating only one form.

Would be amazing to have multiple forms... One form is super limiting.
Would be huge if a user could submit an issue and have the fields linked to multiple forms to go to different departments.
