Whenever I try to create my site name it never finishes loading. How long should it take?

Silas Covington

After typing in what I want my site name to be and pressing continue I just get a never ending loop between "loading" and "working on it". I let it go for about 20 minutes before closing out. Is it supposed to take a long time or is there something preventing me from creating my site name? I have tried doing it using Firefox and Microsoft edge browsers, neither have worked.

Hi Silas,

Were you able to get your site name in the end? If not, can you let me know what version of Firefox you were using and if it works with the latest version of Chrome? Also, if you try disabling all add-ons or using incognito mode, does it work?
