How can i get the time of subtasks to roll up to the top level task?

For example CX101 has 2 sub tasks

CX102 - of 4 hours

CX103 of 6 hours

I want CX101 to show 10 hours remaining. Is this possible?

Time Tracking has an option of aggregating Sub-Tasks time as you can see at:

note that the summing of sub-tasks per story doesn't get calculated in a dashboard.

I'm using the Column gadget and selecting "Time Spent" and "Remaining Estimate"
