import space and site fails: a required security token was not present in the request

I cannot import a site export created with Confluence 5.4.3, neither a space exported with that version. The site ZIP is 50MB, the space is 10MB. I'm trying to import into our newly created onDemand version. Strangely, the first site import today from 4.2.2 worked (but the spaces were missing):

20 seconds (for the 10MB space) after pressing the "Import" button, I get "Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page". Firebug tells me that this is a 403 error for the POST to /wiki/admin/import/doimportconfluencesite.action.

Happens with both Firefox and Chromium. What can I do?

This was finally resolved by support. Only importing spaces (instead of the whole site) helped, which meant the users needed to be re-created manually (which was okay in my case).

First, you can't import spaces exported from a different major version, so I'd expect the 4.2.2 one to fail. (The only way to get material over is to upgrade the 4.2.2 site before upgrading.)

As for the failure importing the one exported from the same version, all I have is a guess: it sounds like there's a permissions problem -- perhaps you don't have sufficient permissions on the new site, or it has been too long since login and your security token has expired.

I indeed originally imported only the site from version 4.2.2, not a space. Permissons shouldn't be a problem, as I'm the admin and can do everything else in the admin area.

Confluence site import says: "Confluence OnDemand accepts full site imports from version 4.0 and newer releases."
