How to deal with custom columns?

I am trying to capture & collaborate Jira Issues across all projects, but when we are co-relating with custom fields the back-end id is varying Board to Board and Project to Project. 

Is there any way to deal with custom fields in Jira and make their IDs common across the projects?

Hi @Tarak -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For company-managed projects (CMP), the custom fields are defined globally and shared and so use the same ID.  However for team-managed projects (TMP), each one has it's own instances of fields created within that scope; so the same named field in two different TMPs will have different custom field identifiers.
