Create jira issue via email

Hi, 

How can I create a jira via email for a specific project, eg support project? What should I put in it? To make a jira update just add "to" or "cc" the "' jira@adcode.atlassian.net". I just have not found what I need to put to create an issue.

You have 2 ways of doing this depending whether it is a JSM or JSW project.

for JSM: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/receive-requests-from-an-email-address/

It depends on how the emails and users are handled (licensed or not)
