I have a 10-user license and I want to know if Jira Software can be replaced by Confluence in my next renewal, since Jira Softwere appears free in my billing

When you opt for an Atlassian product, it will ask to link or choose an add-on product. The second Atlassian software still remains free as per the product free tier features-number of users(agents)-level of license.
As their are new products being offered/ launched/ end of sales for new server licenses etc. I would suggest, check this Jira licensing page for information and contact the team.
