Hi fellow JSM users,
At the top of the side panel under the queue, we have some fields we don’t use.. Like "Changes" and "Events". We would like to delete some of these fields, but I can’t find where to do it. Does anyone know where this setting is?
AFAIK you cannot. Those are ‘artifacts’ of the chosen template. They are associated with Opsgenie I think.
