Unable to scrolldown on issue page and unable to comment

Do you have permission to comment on issues in this project? What happens when you press the 'comment' button at the top? Also, are others experiencing the scroll issue with this ticket?

Comments are working fine now thanks.
Other are fine with scroll down issue.
Is it every ticket you are unable to scroll on? Have you tried a different browser?
Yes for every ticket am unable to scroll on. I tried all browsers but same issue
If others aren't experiencing the issue then it suggests it is machine related.
Have you tried restarting? Or tried another machine? If so, you would be best reaching out to your IT support desk.
