Refined visualization problem

Aitor_kyrtdb

Hi,

Hope you are well!

We have an refined app, and in this app we are having an issue with our refined confluence website.
We can upload images on our confluence, but when we publish them, on our refined looks like the were not connected.

Do you knoe what it can be happening?

Thanks a lot.

Here you can find attached what we can see on our confluence site and what it is published on the refined site.

Maria Heij [Refined]

Hello Aitor

I’m Maria from Refined, and what you are describing is an issue we’re working with Atlassian on. It was on and off for a few days some weeks ago, and after that we implemented a fix to make the images show before the full implementation is done.

So, the issue shouldn’t be there any more, but if you are still seeing the issue, please reach out to support.refined.com and we’ll investigate with you.

Best regards, Maria Heij
