Справа всегда были быстрые ссылки на бэклог, дорожную карту, доску и т.д. Сейчас этого нет:

В настройках приложения -> Особености так же ничего нет:

The issue that you are facing is related to permissions.

I can see that you are part of the group jira-software-users, but it’s necessary to check with the project administrator if you have permission to the project. 

Please, ask the project administrator to go to Project settings > Access and check if you are a member of the project.
