Image Missing while exporting to word

Question

Hello SupportTeam,

I am having issue while exporting to word document where the images are not appearing.

Following are the steps I have followed while adding image:

* Clicked on Image Icon.
* Uploaded the file.
* Added the uploaded file in the confluence page.

When I generated Word output of the specific file:

I am unable to see the image in the word file.

Thank you for letting me know you're also encountering this problem. We'd love to take a look at the page and test the export on our end. Can you have your site admin raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.com/contact?

Welcome to Atlassian Community. Thank you for raising this question with us. I'm happy to help. I have just a few questions for you about this bug.

* Does this problem happen with all other pages? If you create a brand-new page, does the same happen?
* Is this only happening in the new editor or the legacy editor?
* How did you create the pages you're trying to export? Were they imported from another Confluence site, or did you copy and paste the images into the page?
