Create task using questionnaire outside of Jyra

Hi All, 

Our marketing team is not part of Jira. That means that all of the tasks I get I need to manually enter. Can somebody recommend a tool/integration that supports generating tickets through a customizable questionnaire and that will automatically create tasks in Jira?

Options/ideas…

• use emails to create issues
• use JSM and make marketing team customers and have them use portal
• use outlook addon to create issues from email, e.g. - outlook-email-for-jira
