Linking Insight Object with Automation

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to create an automation that will link a Insight Object to all issues in a project when an asset is linked to a specific issue.

 

I setup the automation imaged below, initially I had it just putting {{triggerissue."eduTech Contacts"}} in the description, which outputted the Asset Key in the description (did this to prove it was working as desired), but for some reason I get an error when trying to use this to link a Insight Object to the ticket. Any ideas?

Hey, when editing Insight object fields on issues, you have to write the field as an IQL query. Try:

Key == {{triggerIssue."eduTech Contacts".Key}}
