Zephyr -> The Uploaded file could not be parsed. It seems to have invalid content.

Hi all, I'm trying to upload a CSV file to Zephyr and I'm getting the message: "The Uploaded file could not be parsed. It seems to have invalid content."

I've not seen this one before, can someone help?
