Notification of new easybi plugin installation

Hi Team,

We received the below warning message in our Jira when we try to access the easy bi plugin

"ACTION REQUIRED: eazyBI for Jira Cloud is migrated to the common Atlassian Marketplace listing. Please read the details in the documentation page.
Please install the new eazyBI for Jira app. According to the data from Atlassian Marketplace your current eazyBI license is valid until 2022-05-07. Please unsubscribe from the new eazyBI app trial to avoid double billing. When your existing subscription period will end, we will remind you to start the subscription to the new app.
Please unsubscribe and uninstall the old eazyBI for Jira Cloud app now to avoid auto-renewal of the old subscription."

But not exactly getting whether we need to install new easy bi and unsubscribe old one

Kindly provide steps to follow so that it should not impact our existing reports data

Yes, this is a planned action from eazyBI - up until now, eazyBI used to have two apps on Atlassian Marketplace (one for Cloud and one for Server / Data Center). For clarity, simplicity, and customer convenience, we have decided to merge these two apps into one eazyBI for Jira app on Atlassian Marketplace. By installing the new app and uninstalling the old one, you will not lose your data or the license you have already paid for. The user experience will be the same after the change.

As you have an annual license, please stop the trial of the new app right after installing it. Your license will still be valid until the end of your current license - you will see an info note about this in the new eazyBI app even if the app manager says it is unlicensed. 
When the license approaches the expiration date, you will get an in-app warning to start a new subscription. The message will also include the promo code that you can apply to get the discount for the next yearly payment.
