Date Diff measurement

Question

Hi All!

I need some assistance with new measure

I want to calculate the time (hours) between moving to "To Do" date and resolution date

I created custom filed that save the time the ticket moved to to do

and i added him to the imported data

But for some reason when i enter the "Datediffhours" formula i cant fine him

Is there a smarter way to measure this time period?

* Are you using a Company-Managed (classic) or Team-Managed (next-gen) project?
* Do you need this information persisted or just need to review/report on it?
* If you need to persist the information, how are you calculating that field: JQL or scripting add-on, automation rule, etc.?
