How can we get a demo session or a PPT of Jira menus and options ?

Generally, engage with one of the partners, a lot of them do demos of software.

You'll probably want to tell them more than "show me Jira" if you want to get much out of a demo though, as there's a LOT of material to work through on Atlassian's site as well as non-Atlassian places like youtube etc.  Any search for "jira demo" will net you huge numbers of resources.
