Hi.
I am migrating our confluence Spaces from Server 5.1.5 with expired license to Cloud with active license. To proceed with the migration I have to install migration agent to server however it can be done only for Server 5.10.x or higher version.
KB articles says that I have to request my license extension so that I have 60 days to upgrade current install and then migrate. How can I do that? How to extend the current license? "Open a ticket" ling gets me here, and the Server instance was installed by an admin who is not with the company anymore so I can't login to my.atlassian.com as even do not know which mailbox is to be used. Please advise.
