Where can we find the Quick timesheet that we earlier had on https://jira.imimobile.com/
I would guess that function was being provided by an app you had on your Server version. You will need to look for an equivalent for Cloud - the original vendor may have one, so start there, but if they don't, you'll need to look through the rest of the marketplace.

Quick timesheet looks like a third-party plug-in extension, maybe you should contact your site administrator or jira administrator to confirm whether the plug-in is disabled.
