How to disable e-mail notifications for changes made to Confluence pages

Recently created a confluence page. I have 4 team mates in my team who are invited to the Pages. Every time I make a change and republish the page - a notification goes out. That is a no go. HOW to turn this off. I am not asking about what notifications I want to receive from Confluence ot Atlassian about their products. All the answer I've seen talk about turn these updates off. 

I did find these instructions....

But,... I can not find any of this:

1. Navigate to Confluence administrators menu
2. Navigate to "Manage Add-on" menu
3. Choose "System Plugins" from the drop-downlist
4. Find and click "Confluence Content Notification" plugin
5. Click the "<Number> of <Number> Modules enabled" button
6. From there, find and disable the following modules
   • page-created-notification
   • page-edited-notification
   • page-moved-notification

   • page-trashed-notification

 

Please help me out.

• The steps you shared are for Confluence Server not Cloud.
• The very first action you teammates can take will be:

1.  Click on their avatar
2. Select settings 
3. Uncheck some boxes (attached is a screenshot)
