Custom Field Text not showing under details of ticket

I created a custom field and added it to the screen. It's required to fill in but after it's filled in and that step is passed, the information is not showing in the Tickets Detials.

I have to go to the button and under Activity -> select All to see that this was edited and what text was added.

How can i get this added into the Ticket's details?

The usual culprit here is screen configuration.

It sounds like you have added the field to the "Create" screen. But not "View". Have a look through the "Screen Scheme" for the project to drill down to those screens.
