I can no longer paste images into Confluence. In addition, the upload function doesn't work either. Yesterday it did. How can this be resolved?

Do you face this issue on every page and every space? You may not have the "Add attachments" permission in the space you're working on.

You should ask your project admin to add you "Add Attachment" permission.
