How to create teams ?

Hello everyone,

I have the admin rights on the project  and I am trying to create the teams using the start team option.  This seems to be straightforward thing to do however, when i try to search people with @Name or with email address the search result always comes empty.

This is strange because my team members are able to create teams. What could be the issue here?

I followed your steps.

When I reach the Team options , there is a label attached to it saying locked. Seems like I do not have received all the permissions , including to create team.

I will contact the main admin.

You can try;

* clicking or > Issues.
* then click Custom fields
* Find the Team field in the list of fields
* Click for the team field > Screens.
* Select the screens you want to add the team field to
* Finally, Update.
