is there any jira report will show my teams velocity from sprint 1- 25 , where i have completed 25 sprint and stepping to 26?

Not with the built-in chart, and there might be something in the market place for this. There are a couple of open suggestions to do so:

However...why would a team do this? Even when the team is running very short sprints, say 1 week, looking at information more than 4-6 sprints back may not accurately reflect how the team works *now*.
