Jira service management - OpsGenie Integration

I would like to know about the integrations in OpsGenie.

We have an OpsGenie into Jira Service Management, and we want to integrate a phono call service with OpsGenie; however, we see that integration Incoming Call isn't here! But in OpsGenie full product, we see that Incoming Call is available.

Are diferents the integrations between OpsGenie in JSD and OpsGenie product?

If we upper our JSD from Standard to Premium, can we use all integrations?

Hi @Oscar Rosales ,

The Incoming Call integration is not available for any JSM plans at this time, and ONLY available for Opsgenie standalone Standard and Enterprise plans.
