Cannot Add Reporter by email

Hi,

When selecting Reporter you should be able to add a new reporter by email like abc@gmail.com so it will be easier to add them from the same screen.

So for example, we will type the email and if it's exists then it will show the user name but if does not exists then it will show a popup to enter first and last name only or with additional (optional) details.

If you would like to suggest an enhancement to the product you can do that through the Give Feedback option under the Help menu in the product.

 

Or you can go to Atlassian's backlog for the product and search to see if the suggestion already exists, and (if you have sufficient permissions) create a new suggestion there.
