How do I request for access?

I'm using Cloud instance with company-managed project

I'm clicking on "Switch to"

I select Confluence (TRY)

I request for access

I get notification that my site admin will contact me

No one reaches out to me, despite numerous emails to site admin

I cannot find who is my site admin

How can I get Confluence?

Hi @Arek 

   The confluence you are trying to access is yours (free) or belongs to your company.

   If you write to the administrator of the instance, he does not answer you, he still does not want to give you access.

   If you explain the situation a little better, we can help you
