I have lastpass setup in my browsers with the option autologin on, this caused lastpass to override the password that is used for my mailstore account. Can I retrieve this password?
If by mailstore account you mean the default mail server of your JIRA OnDemand instance, then no, you can not retrieve this yourself. In that case you will need to open a support request at support.atlassian.comIt will require a restart of your instance to get the proper credentials back in to get the mailserver working again, which means some downtime on the instance.
