I want to Add all inactive users in a new group,but list is too big ,how can i add them in one go?

I Have created a new group of inactive users and I want all inactive users in that group from the site,but the count is big.

As I want to perform bulk operations on issues, but issues that are assigned to inactive users are coming in between as there are no common criteria to filter them out. So by adding them to the group I may be able to filter all the issues with inactive users.
