Set/Update custumfield by sending an URL command

Hello, I have a section on my issue that I need updated afterwards

so I thought to use some type of URL cmd to modify the customfield 

"How good was our service?"

1 , 2 ,3

using something like :

<a href="https://......."> Option 1 </a>
<a href="https://......."> Option 2 </a>
<a href="https://......."> Option 3 </a>

however not quite sure how to do it, can anybody help me on this?

how do i write in the URL something that will modify my customfield_##### to 1 or 2 or 3 ?

and I wanna modify :  (customfield_10060) from (4.0) to (1.0) or (2.0) or (3.0) by using a URL command that I can make into a button *That way it be with the Issue ticket* the feedback.

right now it reads as:  customfield_10060=4.0,
