Parallel sprints in team managed project

Dears,

I have created a project as team managed project, however I have situation where I need to start two sprints parallel to meet deadlines.

Well I can achieve this by taking out sprint as feature but that will be just bunch or epics, stories in Kanban and manual groupings may needed.

I would like to know is there any way we can enable parallel sprints for team managed project... as a jira admin I have already enabled parallel sprints but this is not helping.
