Jira page unable to access

I got a link from my coworker and I am sharing the Atlssian workspace but somehow when I click on the Jira link they provide me, the page just keeps loading. And at some point, it breaks down with Error. They already see me on the user list so I should have access. But on the Confluence page, I am still not able to see the roadmap and able to access Jira. Not really knowing what to do, just got the account.

What you see could be a lot of things. So let's see if we can get some more information and see if we can find a cause.

You mention an Error that shows when it breaks down, could you specify what exactly comes on the screen? (a screenshot might help)

Also, have you tried a different browser/incognito window? Sometimes browser extensions or cache can mess some things up.  Which browser are you using right now?
