Jira Roadmap filters are not saved on Confluence pages

Trying to use a label filtered roadmap in confluence works fine when you filter it your self but the filter is not saved when reloading that confluence page. However the "view settings" seem to be saved when changed for the page.

Is this expected functionality? Is there a way to force filters for a roadmap on a confluence page?

Hi @Blake Faulds Are you using roadmap macro on Confluence to view the portfolio plans in Confluence as shown below?

I did solve my own question here with a little trial and error.

Steps for Success

Embed the desired jira roadmap
Open the link for said roadmap in jira
Apply the filters you want in the roadmap
Copy that URL
return to your confluence page and click "edit link"
Paste that URL to replace your old one.
save and reload the page!

Problem solved!
Hope this helps anyone else but I do understand why this functionality may not be present by default but I think it should be introduced when editing a page.

Filtering epic by label, enables me to narrow down focus areas in my roadmaps.

Is it also possible to filter by components in the Jira Roadmap?
