Test Management - dashboard not visible

Hi, I'm a Site Admin using Test Management within Jira Software. I can no longer view the Test Management dashboard in any of the projects, including my own projects. The central screen is blank when i click on "Test Management". My colleague who has the exact same permissions can see the dashboards fine. 

I have tried log out/refresh browser, no joy.

I am unable to determine from your post which test managment add-on tool you are using.  You may want to find that product name, and then go to the marketplace site for the tool to contact the vendor's support on this issue:
