How do I add the page footer to notify watchers to a NEW page I have created?

Narelle Paltridge

I have used the Manage Watchers support instructions to add watchers to a newly created/published page but I don't know how to add the "page footer" so that it displays What did you change / Notify Watchers.
I am SPACE admin for the SPACE.

Can anyone help please?
