We couldn't create the child issue

check your connection and give it another try

I have seen many questions around the error message with the yellow sign

I am still unable to resolve this. PLEASE do you have Any suggestions?

it has been going on for 2-3 years - the error message is not assisting with understanding what is wrong, in software with such messages that don't help usually they are amended to support the user
