Cannot find my field in custom fields

Dear all,

 

I have created new fields inside my project (not through the custom fields page) a while ago.

They do not appear in the custom fields page, so i cannot find and use them in Event-Based action editor.

Do you have an idea why?

@Laura Ogor My guess is that you created the custom fields in a team-managed (formerly "next-gen") project. Everything created within a team-managed project is contained within it, and cannot be created globally.

If you look at the list of all projects, you will be able to see what project type you are using. If it is a team-managed project, then you will need to re-create the custom fields for them to be available globally between projects
