After adding a teammate to my confluence space, I had set their permissions and now I cannot access admin settings. I may have possibly removed my admin abilities, but I don't recall doing so.

Now you should check the current space admins and ask them to give you space admin permissions.
Also you can connect your global Confluence admins.
