As a Site Administrator I should be able to accept App requests

I am administrator as all levels of our JIra cloyd but I cannot open any app request as well as manage apps. Every time I am receiving ACESS DENIED.

Also trying from email it is giving me ACCES DENIED.

 

What kind of access I whould have to manage apps so far?

Are you talking about requests to add apps from the Marketplace, or are you talking about users request access to your JIRA Cloud instance?

If this is about apps from the Marketplace, as per this document:

...I believe that Site Admins can manage users' access to the Site and the products, but you need to be a JIRA Admin to manage the JIRA application itself including adding apps.

There is also a setting, that I have not yet found, that determines if non-admins are allowed to request apps.
