Used Account for New Environment

Question

Good morning!

For the past two years, my email address has been registered to a consulting shop's Jira instance while a project was underway.  Now that the project is over, my organization is looking to set up our own Jira instance, however, I cannot build out a proof of concept for my org using my work email.

Does anyone have experience with this situation?

Hi John - I got a little a head of my self there.  Went back through and was able to create a new instance with my work email, without issue.

Are you creating a brand new instance? And if so, it is giving you an error about your email address? Can you share the error?
