How do I get all the remotelinks and their parent issues from the API

Currently I have to hardcode the ISSUE into the request in order to get the remotelink.
Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://MyInstance.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/{Issue}/remotelink"))
How can I get a dump of all the remote links with their parent Issues? I am trying to see if JQL will help but I can't query issues where the remotelink IS NOT NULL, or NOT EMPTY, or != "".
